     Hello..Tried to use your
    website for the first time today…Added money to my Mobikwik
    balance..Money got successfully debited from my account but hasnt been
    credited to the balance…What do I do now? Did this for couple of times
    and the same thing happened. Raised a complaint for both the
    transactions, for which the Ticket Nos. are 57474 and 57476..Request you
    to please do the needful immediately.

    Waste of Time..After two times, when money got debited but not credited..Third time, money got credited but cannot avail the offer…its saying that “Sorry, you are not allowed to redeem this coupon”…Seriously, seems like I did a big mistake by trusting Mobikwik

    My complaint number is 57761.  Money (Rs 300) deducted from credit card (bank sms confirmation) but balance has not been updated. Neither was a transaction ID generated by your system. Because of your error, I was unable to avail offer too. This is not the kind of service I expected

    I had two complaints lodged with mobikwik and both are solved before 24 hours. I am happy with service, although due to technical problem, I was enable to get credit of 10% coupon which is equal to rs. 160/- Chetan Sidana 9464711100

    Was first showing that please make payment before redemption, after payment the same code is coming up as expired.
    Bad marketing strategy.
    Secondly, payment via debit card is not getting successful so tried via netbanking.

    After such ordeal, its NOT WORKING for me.

    you guys know what… PayTM recharged my phone with 224 and they will also for 565, if the operator was denying recharge then it would for everyone not just you. your site sucks and support team is clueless about what's going on with their website.

    It's a thumbs down people… and I will not only blog and share about this incident… if you do not refund the payment you collected form me within 4 working days, I have consumer court at my disposal

          Hi Nishant, For MTNL Delhi we support limited denominations only which are PIN based. 224 and 565 are not among them. You can see the values we support on this page  (select MTNL and Delhi)

    Nishant mobile number portability karle MTNL network bhi bekaar hai saath hee uski service bhi…MTNL recharge bahuth limited jage pe hee milti hai its better to shift to some other network buddy even i was MTNL customer then i changed to vodafone 

    BIPIN sir customer care service is gud but still bit improvement is needed…and iam satisfied with the services given by you… thumps up once again       🙂 :):)

      aCCOUNT UPDATED WITH THE CASHBACK AMOUNT,HAD TO EMAIL THEM AND ASK FOR CASHBACK AS IT WAS MENTION IN VERY FIRST CORRESPONDENCE THAT 10% CASHBACK CODE RECEIVED.
      OVERALL GOOD RESPONSE GOT CASHBACK ASWELL.

    deducted from my bank account but the same is not showing in credit

    with you for recharge of my mobile, which is not recharged yet.
    The copy of bank statement showing debit on 07/07/2012 of Rs500.00 vide particulars POSP/10001001/218932929469/512 is attached.
    I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to
    recharge my mobile soonest.
