      have u filed a ticket on 
      http://www.mobikwik.com/startS… ? sometimes the error happens from the operator end, if u file a ticket we get the transaction id information which we can use to get your recharge sorted out with the operator. so please file a ticket, until we know about the issue we cant help you.
