Login, SMS or Call to recharge with MobiKwik
It's good to see that you reply to customers on this blog. And that's why I would like to bring this to your notice that mobikwik will and is loosing now due to bad customer support.
I have done a recharge of 70 Rs. for my brother's mobile 9311828656 using my ICICI Debit Card. My bank account statement shows 70 Rs. deducted with this description "VIN/ONE MOBIKWI/20121031232605/0"..But MOBIKWIK website says the transaction was unsuccessful. I am not sure what is going on.
I raised a ticket on your website #93719 but there is no any update till now. Sent a mail to email@example.com with bank statement screenshot. Tried calling on +91 999-992-5342 but this no. is not working/no one picked the call. The mobile is still not recharged and amount is still not credited.
This was my first time on MOBIKWIK and truly speaking, it was not a good experience. 70 Rs is not a big deal but you loose a customer and atleast 10 others who were using MOBIKWIK. I gave my contact no. 9560175577 on ticket and mail but no one has reverted me on that as well.

I had a very bad experience recently with mobikwik. I tried recharging my mobile, the amount got deducted and recharge was not there. When i filed a ticket on the site after two days the amount was refunded to my mobikwik wallet. When i tried recharging again, still my mobile was not recharged. Upon again filing a ticket again they are asking me to contact my operator with some operator id who are also not responding. (Order Id: 13507193868863, OPERATOR ID 1031252796 )Is it not your responsibility to resolve the issues as soon as possible and by yourselves not asking the consumers to do it. Because i am telling, switching cost is nil for customers and an unsatisfied customer will surely leave the site and even discourage others on social media etc.
you are absolutely fraud. you corned my ATM Card then deducted Rs 3000/- if you are not fraud then contact to my number immediately. i have suit the FIR against you. from-sargum saxena09719428188
why the balance is not credited in my bank account only the balance is debited...Is it possible the amount is refundabale...

u cheater bloody since half an hour im tryin to do my recharge not happening but amount deducted from my account, fuckers bloody not taking my call, my transaction id is this i want my phone recharged now, or else ill takin u to consumer court.13328340359811.wait n watch
Please try different amount like Rs 100 or Rs 150 , and you can do repeat recharges
